Why am I not receiving ICQ / MSN messages?

While we will always endeavor to maintain compatibility with these networks, it is possible that changes in their policy or implementation could cause our message delivery to fail intermittently.

Because of this, we cannot provide any guarantees that messages will be successfully delivered over the IM networks. We strongly advise that you also use the email and SMS alert channels to ensure reliable transmission of alerts.
