I'm getting false alarms on my SMTP server.
Does your SMTP server make use of an RBL (real-time black hole) or other IP based blacklists?
Many SMTP servers use 3rd party services to lookup the reputation of IP addresses before accepting connections or allowing delivery from those IP addresses.
These services may from time to time become inaccessible, or report Wormly IP addresses as blacklisted, which results in the SMTP test failing and failure alerts being sent.
You may wish to explicitly whitelist the Wormly IP addresses or ensure that your 3rd party blacklist services are offering acceptable uptime performance.
