How do I enable Metrics?
Open the overview page for the host in question, and click on the "Metrics" tab.
On that page you will see instructions on how to setup Metrics for that host. Note that each host contains a unique identifier; so you should not copy and paste configuration settings between hosts when setting up Metrics.
