Setup PagerDuty Wormly Integration

It's simple to integrate Wormly with PagerDuty to manage your on-call schedules. Follow these steps:

First, from the relevant Service in your PagerDuty console, select the Integrations tab and tap Add a new integration:

Next you will see the Add an Integration page; choose Wormly Webhooks type, then click the Add Integration button:

Now, copy the Integration URL that was generated in the previous step:

Sign in to Wormly then, in the Contacts section, click Create a new contact. Choose the Webhook channel:

Now paste the URL you copied from PagerDuty, and choose the JSON - multipart/form encoding Webhook Type. Click Save.

Finally, modify your Alert Groups to ensure that alerts are injected into PagerDuty according to your preferred criteria:
