When an SMTP mail server responds to an attempted email delivery with:
451 Requested action aborted: local error in processing
This indicates that the specified email address is not currently accepting deliveries due to an internal system error. There are many reasons why this might occur including bugs in the mail server software or a high volume of transactions causing system resources to be constrained.
When this error occurs, the message has not been delivered, but you should try to send the message again at a later time.
