When an SMTP mail server responds to an attempted email delivery with:
452 Requested action not taken: insufficient system storage
It's pretty clear what the problem is here; the mail server has no disk space left!
When this error occurs, the message has not been delivered, and you should try to send the message again at a later time; when (hopefully) the mail server administrator has resolved the problem.
